Bandhavgarh National Park is the real home of all the white tigers alive, today. So, welcome to the White Tiger Country. Bandhavgarh National Park is a new park with a rich historical past. The park got the status of national park in the year of 1968 with reserved area of 105 square kilometers.

The glory of park is its breathtaking vast grasslands to Sal forest alongside; it is not miracle that Bandhavgarh National Park is a most popular tourist destination for wildlife and nature lovers. Apart from being of the major habitats of tiger breeding in the world, Bandhavgarh is a home to some of the variegated species like birdlife and insects also. Though, the park has large biodiversity but amazing tiger population at Bandhavgarh is one of the highest known in India. Bandhavgarh is densely populated with other wildlife too. Sambar and barking deer can be sighted easily whereas Nilgai is seen roaming around the open areas of the park. The place is equipped with legendary themes like- full of rich history and natural beauty. The Cave Point: If you are serious about the archeological remains of past then must not forget to visit the famous cave point which is the mute testimony of the rich historical past of the Bandhavgarh.

Bari Gufa: It is one of the biggest man-made cave inside the reserve built around tenth century. You must pay visit to this historical monuments depicting the past.
