The Magadhi Gate is in the central part of Bandhavgarh National Park and opens to the Magadhi core zone. Jeep safaris for both the morning and evening zones are allowed through this gate. The Magadhi core zone is also an important tiger corridor, as the zone is ventrally located in the dense forest of Bandhavgarh National Park. There are some good staying options near the Magadhi entry gate as well as inside the Magadhi safari zone. Valid ID proof and safari permits of the tourists are checked at the Magadhi entry gate before the jeep safari begins.
